I've just seen an amazing egg timer on a cooking program on TV. You load it with eggs and lower it into a pan of cold water. Turn on the heat. Right click egg timer ?
Every 5 seconds the egg timer appears, but there is no apparent disk access. The machine has now become jerky and not smooth like it used to be, it = is a Pentium Pro 200 with 128 meg of ram so it should not be operating like this. Run a virus checker. I saw this problem caused by an "anti-cmos" virus.
